How to Take a Screenshot from Your Device

Taking a screenshot is a quick way to capture what’s on your screen, whether it’s for work, personal use, or troubleshooting. Here’s a simple guide to help you take screenshots on your PC, Mac, iPhone, or Android device.

Screenshot on PC

  • Full-Screen Screenshot: Press Windows Key + Print Screen. Your screenshot is saved automatically in the Screenshots folder under Pictures.
  • Custom Area Screenshot: Use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch App by pressing Windows Key + Shift + S. Drag to capture your desired area.

  • Full-Screen Screenshot: Press Command + Shift + 3. The screenshot will appear on your Desktop.
