How to Take a Screenshot from Your Device
Taking a screenshot is a quick way to capture what’s on your screen, whether it’s for work, personal use, or troubleshooting. Here’s a simple guide to help you take screenshots on your PC, Mac, iPhone, or Android device.
Screenshot on PC
- Full-Screen Screenshot: Press Windows Key + Print Screen. Your screenshot is saved automatically in the Screenshots folder under Pictures.
- Custom Area Screenshot: Use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch App by pressing Windows Key + Shift + S. Drag to capture your desired area.
Screenshot on Mac
- Full-Screen Screenshot: Press Command + Shift + 3. The screenshot will appear on your Desktop.
- Custom Area Screenshot: Press Command + Shift + 4. Drag the crosshair to select the area you want to capture.

- Face ID Models (iPhone X and newer): Press Side Button + Volume Up. The screenshot appears in the bottom-left corner for editing or sharing.
