How to Clear
your Browser Cache

If something doesn’t seem to be working as expected, we first recommend clearing your browser cache, before contacting support.

Note: For the best user experience, we highly recommend you use Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Edge browsers. We do not officially support other browsers.

Chrome Desktop

  • Select the Chrome menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar (3 dots).
  • Select Delete browsing data.
  • A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed, choose Cached images and files only.
  • You should also set the Time range to “All time”.
  • Then choose Clear data.

Chrome Mobile

  • Select the Chrome menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
  • Select Settings > Privacy.
  • Select CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
  • A dialogue window will appear, providing you with a list of checkboxes for the types of information that you wish to have removed, choose Clear the cached.
  • Then choose CLEAR.

– Firefox Desktop

  • Select the Firefox menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar (3 lines).
  • Select History > Clear Recent History.
  • From the Time range to clear, choose “Everything”.
  • Next choose which elements of the history to clear, select “Temporary cached files and pages” ONLY.
  • Click Clear Now.
  • Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

– Firefox Mobile

  • Select the Firefox menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar.
  • Select Settings > Privacy.
  • From the Privacy screen, choose Clear now under Clear private data.
  • Choose Cache then CLEAR DATA.

– Safari Desktop

  • Select Safari from the menu bar, then Preferences
  • Choose the Privacy section, then click “Manage Website Data”
  • In the Search field at the top, type “Click4Time”, then “Remove All” the bottom
  • You will need to log back in to Click4Time after removing the entries.

  • Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap Remove All Website Data.

– Edge

  • Select the Edge menu on the upper right corner of the browser toolbar (3 dots).
  • Select Settings, then “Privacy, Search, and Services”.
  • Go to “Delete browsing data”, then “Choose What to Clear” beside “Clear browsing data now”
  • Set the Time range to “All time”.
  • Choose Cached images and files, then select Clear Now.
