Staff are those who perform a service for a client and have a schedule of availability.  We use the terms Service Provider and Resource to mean the same.

Admins or Receptionists are not counted as Staff for billing purposes.

Additional Limited Hours Staff are those who have less than 20 appointment hours per month. These staff are eligible for the discounted rate of $5.50 if NO Charting and $11 WITH Charting.

The base fee of $45 or $62.50 is fixed and does not qualify for a Limited Hours discount. Discounted rates apply only to additional Service Providers (2 or more). Contact us to learn more.

Our fees are in CAD for Canadian businesses and USD for all other countries.

Fees listed are excluding applicable taxes.

Every account includes up to 500 SMS messages at no cost. Additional messages over 500 are $0.03/SMS.
